Fair Trade Certified, Seasonal Coffees from Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Allow Consumers to Share the Joy

WATERBURY, Vt.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc. (NASDAQ: GMCR) is giving coffee lovers four more reasons to celebrate this year. Organic Joyful Season Blend, Holiday Blend, Spicy Eggnog and Gingerbread coffees are back on store shelves, but only for a limited time.

All four Limited Edition Holiday coffees are Fair Trade Certified, which means small-scale farmers were paid a fair price for their crop. Joyful Season Blend is also certified organic, so the farmers received an additional premium for growing their excellent beans without chemicals. Fair Trade Certified and organic coffees are a great way for consumers to share the joy of the season with friends, and with farmers around the world.

Green Mountain Coffee Roasters' Limited Edition Holiday coffees are available nationwide from November 13-December 29, 2006. Most are packaged in both ground and whole bean form, in 10 or 12-oz. packages. Several varieties are also available in K-Cups, which are single servings of ground coffee designed for Keurig Single-Cup Brewers.
