Cocoa Manufacturers
Core requirements for licensed cocoa and chocolate packagers:
- Sign a license agreement with TransFair USA to become
a licensed cocoa/chocolate packager and display the Fair Trade Certified
label on your Fair Trade products and marketing materials
- Purchase chocolate products from TransFair USA-licensed
importers/manufacturers
- Submit quarterly reports of Fair Trade Certified
chocolate purchases and sales
