Manufacturers

Core requirements for licensed vanilla manufacturers or brands:

• Sign a Fair Trade Vanilla License/Certification agreement, in order to become licensed to display TransFair USA's Fair Trade Certified label on your Fair Trade products or materials
• Purchase Fair Trade Certified Vanilla from importers licensed by TransFair USA
• Submit brief quarterly reports to TransFair USA of Fair Trade Certified vanilla purchases and sales
• Mail in copies of invoices sent to you by your importer for all purchases of Fair Trade Certified Vanilla
