Valentine’s Day 2008 marks the launch of Fair Trade Certified flowers (fairtradecertifiedflowers.org) in the US. For the first time ever, Fair Trade supporters are able to have a 100% Fair Trade Valentine’s Day! Make the pledge to give only Fair Trade Certified flowers and chocolate this V-Day, and please pass it on to your friends. TransFair USA partnered with Tully’s Coffee and BART to offer 50,000 commuters coupons for a free Fair Trade Certified coffee or latte or ½ off a bag of whole Fair Trade beans.
